This Privacy Policy explains how CMWDS, a product of NerdyTechs, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI website builder.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account email and basic profile identifier.
- Content you create: the prompts you type, the projects, sites, images, and videos you generate, and the files in your projects.
- Billing information: your credit balance and purchase history. Card payments are processed by Square; we do not store your full card details.
- Usage and technical data: your IP address, browser type, and activity such as builds and logins, used for security, rate-limiting, and improving the service.
2. How we use your information
- to operate CMWDS — running your builds, hosting your sites, and generating media;
- to process payments and manage your credits;
- to secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms;
- to communicate with you about your account and important service changes.
3. AI processing and third parties
To generate your sites and media, your prompts and relevant project content are sent to third-party AI model providers that power CMWDS. We also use Square for payments, Cloudflare for content delivery and security, and a domain registrar if you buy or connect a domain. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the service to function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and project data while your account is active. Preview builds and generated media may be cleaned up over time. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or security reasons.
6. Security
We protect your data with measures including encrypted credential storage, network isolation of build environments, access controls, and rate-limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
7. Your choices
You can update your account details, download your project files, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
8. Children
CMWDS is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new "last updated" date.
